PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Project management is the careful coordination of time, cost, information, and people throughout every stage of a project. It is an act of guidance and care—ensuring that each decision, from concept to completion, supports the original vision. By balancing structure with flexibility and maintaining close collaboration with clients and consultants, it creates a process that is as clear, coherent, and considered as the architecture itself.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Construction management defines the coordination of the construction process through procurement, contract administration, scheduling, and cost control. It ensures that all parties are aligned and the project progresses efficiently from a managerial and organizational standpoint.
PROJECT SUPERVISION
Project supervision is our core architectural service that ensures the design is accurately translated into the built reality. It involves regular site visits, coordination with contractors and consultants, and continuous monitoring of construction quality, timelines, and compliance with drawings and specifications. Through proactive oversight and problem-solving, we safeguard the integrity of the project, ensuring that the final outcome aligns with the intended design, budget, and standards.
